The Entity's realm summons unfortunate individuals to partake in deadly trials to see if they can work together to escape, or if they will succumb to an evil being that resides with them, constantly hunting them. Although it may seem to end with either death or salvation, these individuals are always brought back and forced into more trials for all eternity.
Eventually, as time passes, most of the survivors begin to notice a pattern to these trials and are able to overcome them again and again, leading to many theories of overthrowing the Entity itself and finding a way to truly escape this infinite cycle.
During one of these trials the four survivors that are grouped up begin to brainstorm together in order to best rid themselves of the Entity's control.
Sable Ward, an unusual one who is not only fascinated by this world but finds it rather fun, is a more recent addition to the trials and is friends with Mikaela. Yui Kimura, a Japanese Bike Racer who is always determined and will never back down from a challenge, is known for her tomboyish nature. Mikaela Reid, before being taken, often read stories to audiences and is known for dressing up as a friendly witch. When she arrived she realized that she was given magical powers while within the realm and could possibly be a weapon against the Entity itself. Thalita Lyra, a competitive Brazilian model who enjoys people and kite-fighting, is often the one who escapes killers' grasps due to her athletic abilities. She is also relatively new to the Entity's realm.
With these four in a group, they quickly began to come up with ways to defeat the Entity, completely ignoring the evil being hunting them as they know exactly how to defeat it and escape, which the Entity seems to take notice of. The group of survivors start badmouthing the Entity, stating how it's always the same with these trials and how there is no creativity and how bland the Entity is, angering the Entity itself, which then makes its presence known to the group.
Mikaela, surprised by this, decides to recite a spell attempting to conceal and transport the group, but is stopped midway and begins to gag uncontrollably. Her belly seems to slowly expand and bulge out. Then what appears to be a large erect penis comes out of her mouth and begins to vigorously go in and out of Mikaela's mouth nonstop.
The Entity then targets Sable and Yui. Sable's breasts start to expand and her shirt is removed. She is then thrown on all fours and her breasts start uncontrollably spraying milk, increasing in pressure. Yui starts to moan in pleasure as she loses control of her face which then shifts her stern demeanor to a cute ahegao face as her breasts expand larger than Sable's. She starts to ejaculate out her nether regions, but the same substance seems to be gushing out her mouth as well.
Thalita is the last one left and notices her ass start to swell up and twerk uncontrollably as if it had a mind of its own. Sweetness begins to hit her taste buds and she seems to be drooling a blue fluid while her nose changes through different shades of blue.
The Entity leaves them in their condition for all to see. Anyone who insults the Entity and its games will be creatively punished and left in their state for all eternity.
