After being bested two years ago, Rio has been attempting to find a way to get herself repaired in order to defeat Yoko once more and become the Balloon Warrior. She got some medicinal patches to plug up the holes left in her breasts, leaving her with the massive sheets she now has to live with.
Upon applying said patches, Rio took a bottle of heliomammary potion and drank some of it to let herself inflate.
"Just you wait, Yoko. Once I get back on my feet you'll be defeated and deflated by my hands once and for all."
But upon reaching the size she was at when she had originally popped, the patches would be unable to hold due to the pressure, fly off, and cause her to whiz around her hideaway like a punctured party balloon.
"Shoot! They couldn't hold as well as I thought, but no matter. I'll just keep trying until they can withstand anything. Then I'll be ready to pop you, Yoko!" she would proclaim after landing back on the floor on top of her massive deflated airbags.
