Batgirl is doing some detective work at Wayne Tower due to the bat-cave undergoing renovations (following the events of 'Arkham City'), able to walk again thanks to a new suit designed by Batman.
Scarecrow finds out where she's located and unleashes a new chemical in the air that causes her breasts to expand to almost immobilizing proportions.
Thankfully, the new suit is able to maintain and enhance her back strength enough that having such a massive chest barely even slows her down.
Let's just say Nightwing tries to hit on her more than once when he comes back home from his latest mission with Batman...
