A.K.I. loves two things: poison, and her master F.A.N.G. In order to perfect her craft, A.K.I. had traveled the world to obtain new resources and new recipes for different types of poison. She would then find ways to administer the poison to unsuspecting victims and record her findings on their effects.
While A.K.I. is in France she encounters the famed model and judoka, Manon LeGrand, and takes the challenge to poison someone as popular as her, in which she is successful. Manon's legs begin to swell up, stretching the body-hugging attire she had on, before a couple rips are made, exposing flesh begging to escape.
Before Manon can react, she feels a warm feeling in her chest as her breasts begin to fill up and expand with milk. She gropes her breasts in disgust and shame as milk shoots out, fearing that people will see her as nothing more than a sideshow attraction.
She starts commenting on her appearance. "What's happeni..." but then interrupts herself with a loud moo followed by more uncontrollable mooing.
A.K.I. then labels this as the "Bovine Poison".
As A.K.I. explores further, she has some other encounters with test subjects. Cammy is subjected to the "Cunning Poison" which has her uncontrollably leak mass amounts of arousal fluid while also giving her boosts to her assets. The main effect of this poison, however, elongates a victim's tongue, which gains some sort of sentience and seems to have one goal in mind. As Cammy is confused about why her pants are soaked and feeling much tighter, she finds her tongue growing longer and slithering down her chest and into her pants before going to town. As she tries to fight it, her tongue decides to take a new approach and slides even further before making its way into the only other place it can enter.
Once done with Cammy, she moves on to Juri, who gets infected with the "Bubbly poison", in which Juri starts to slowly act differently over time. During times of intense confrontation she starts acting bubbly, cute, and happy-go-lucky. This eventually gets worse as Bimbo Juri starts taking control and Juri notices changes in her body and random horny guys show up acting like they know her. Juri finally finds out why when one day Bimbo Juri loses control, releasing regular Juri to endure in the climax of one of Bimbo Juri's spitroasting sessions.
A.K.I finds this one to be one of her favorite recipes.
After having to wait a while for Juri's results, A.K.I is happily surprised that her next poison activates immediately.
As soon as the "Ripened Poison" enters Mai Shiranui, she feels an intense pressure building up inside her. As she looks down she is met with a deeper cleavage than normal and attempts to unzip her top to relieve the pressure of her expanding breasts before the zipper gets stuck. The final recipe is a relatively simple one, "The Primal Poison". Elena, while normally being an extremely friendly and positive fighter, starts to feel an intense heat. Her arousal gets more out of control and she tries to suppress it. It begins to overwhelm her before she can't take much more and attempts to finds any way to climax. Nothing seems to satiate her, leaving her incredibly desperate.
